Tai Chi For Life DVD

Tai Chi for Life DVD is a great way to supplement your Tai Chi practice or if you do not have time to attend a class.  The DVD is a great step by step instruction of Tai Chi as taught by Master Lu.  Master Lu will teach you the beginning qi gong exercises called eight sections of brocade and Tai Chi basics. As you progress to the Tai Chi form, Master Lu goes through each step and section of the Tai Chi form.  It is a great exercise that will improve balance, coordination, stress reduction, cardiovascular function, and self defense.

Master Lu's Hair Formula

Master Lu has developed his own formula that may improve hair thinning and loss. According to Chinese medicine hair loss and thinning is due to a deficiency of blood, liver, and kidney.  This formula may improve kidney and liver function and blood circulation to facilitate hair loss and thinning.  Master Lu's Hair Formula is a formula that was passed down to him from his teacher Grandmaster Yin Chian Ho.  The herbs are natural and great for overall health.
