Tai Chi is the perfect exercise that will assist you to achieve your goals. Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise that has been practiced for over a thousand years by thousands of people around the world. Tai Chi has many health benefits and this will be a great time to be introduced to Tai Chi.
Master Lu will be hosting a Tai Chi retreat May 25-26th 2012. The retreat will be in Park City, Utah at the National Ability Center. The retreat will include Tai Chi instruction by Master Lu, food, and lodging at the National Ability Center. This retreat will be for all levels of Tai Chi, so if you never practiced Tai Chi before then this will be a good opportunity to learn some Tai Chi.
