Master Lu is starting a new program of providing Tai Chi workshops once a month.  He will be providing detailed instruction on Tai Chi principles and Tai Chi form.  This will be a great opportunity to study and practice personally with Master Lu.

Master Lu's Health Center Online Store

Master Lu's Health Center has a special announcement that we have opened our online store.  Now students, patients, and the general public can buy Master Lu's Health Center products online.  The store right now has videos and herbs.  Master Lu's DVD's include Tai Chi for Health and Qi Gong. Tai Chi sword and Two Man Tai Chi are still in VHS, but will be changed to DVD format soon. Herbs as of right now only include Master Lu's  Hair Formula.  Master Lu's Hair Formula is an effective formula for hair loss and thinning. It is a traditional Chinese herbal formula that was passed down to Master Lu.

Tai Chi Instructor Certification Course

Master Lu's Health Center is starting a new program to certify those who are interested in teaching Tai Chi.  The course will certify Tai Chi instructors to be able to teach Tai Chi at colleges, universities, recreational facilities, senior centers, private studios, etc.  

The Tai Chi instructor course will include all regular classes during the week and a special class with Master Lu on Saturdays.  The special class will focus on the Tai Chi form and correction, Tai Chi principles, and how to properly teach.  The entire certification course is one year.  

Students will learn the Old Yang Style Tai Chi, principles of Tai Chi, history, and how to teach.  It is also a good opportunity to earn some extra income!  

The cost of program is $2400 for the year which will include all classes and the special class with Master Lu on Saturdays.  For more information about how to register please call us at (801) 463-1101  

Master Lu will be hosting Tai Chi intensive classes every third Saturday of each month.  Each class will be 4 hours long and will cover the Old Yang style Tai Chi.  He will teach warm ups, basics, and the first third of Old Yang style Tai Chi.  Included with the class registration and participation is Master Lu's Tai Chi DVD.  Tai Chi practitioners of all levels are welcome, beginning Tai Chi students welcome!

Class time: 2-6 pm every third Saturday each month 

Class price: $140 per person includes the Tai Chi DVD
