Have you been wanting to learn Tai Chi and haven’t been able to attend a class?  Maybe your schedule has been too busy to attend Tai Chi classes on a regular basis.  We wanted to announce that we have a new and updated online Tai Chi course.

Tai Chi has many health benefits:

Harvard Medical School has said “Tai Chi is not only meditation in motion, but medication in motion.”  Practicing Tai Chi will benefit you throughout your life and help you to become strong physically and mentally.

This course covers the Old Yang Style Tai Chi taught here at Master Lu’s Health Center and Chung Shing Kung Fu Institute.  It is split up by class with step by step instruction.   There is also instruction on basic movements and philosophy.
